I was traveling and stopped at the Pizza Hut the first weekend in June. The male manager and his team were amazing. This night that I was there equipment stopped working. The fryer quit working and the pos system continued to freeze. The manager calmly helped the counter person while taking pizzas out and cutting them up. The prep ppl worked making the orders up. It was the most organized chaos I have ever seen. I have worked in food service at every level for 30 years....read full review
Glad to stop in and dine at Pizza Hut. It brought old memories. Loved the old school pan sized 🍕. The staff was friendly and prices are still very reasonable. Inside was clean and still looks at original 80's vibe. Must stop if you love original pan Pizza.
Just ordered delivery. Part of my order was missing. Called for help and got a call center in India. No option to get any help at all.

Pizza Hut in Sheridan offers impeccable service with a nostalgic dine-in experience. Although missing the pizza buffet, the bigger New Yorker pizza is a hit. The restaurant is known for its great food, customer service, and kid-friendliness, including the Book It program. While the taco pizza and breadsticks are great, the absence of the buffet might deter some customers from spending money there. The staff is super friendly, and the manager is known for his excellent customer service, willing to make changes to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have enjoyed takeout deals that include two pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, and wings, with food arriving hot and fresh. Birthday celebrations at this location are memorable, with food made correctly and delivered on time, contributing to a delicious experience.
