Pam and Chris are amazing managers here, some of the staff are incredible. They interact with the customers and staff in such a beautiful way. I will only be going here from now on. Not to coffeen anymore. Coffeen is horrible. Sorry to say. But main street mcdonalds is the supreme one, the crew and atmosphere is always nice and calm. They are clean too!

My McDonald's experience has been consistent. And that's a good thing, until this McDonald's. We stood at the counter waiting to order and no one helped us. After not being acknowledged we then placed an order on the computer and waited another 20+ for our meal. The drink station was a disaster and the garbage can liner roll was sitting next to the ketchup station. Not once did anyone let us know what the delay was or even acknowledge the fact we were standing waiting....

Nicely prepared food. Not just slapped together like other locations.
Workers and manager were working hard to provide quick service at lunchtime. However, did watch manager throw a perfectly good cheeseburger in the trash because it wasn't the way the customer wanted it. Why can't they just give it to the customer or someone else for free instead of trashing it? Really, what's the harm?...and it's good public relations.....
