We had a chance to experience the new Open Range bar & grill at the Historic Sheridan Inn. It was the best ribeye I’ve had in a long time. The shrimp cocktail was the best we’ve EVERY had. Sides we huge and the dessert of raspberry vanilla crème brûlée was top notch. The service was exactly what you would expect for this level of restaurant. The beef stroganoff is outstanding. The beef was beautifully cooked and the portion was very large. The rainbow trout was prepared beautifully as well. The only small issues was we thought the caesar salad was a bit too much over dressed. Will stop here again when in the area
