The service was slow and shitty, my sandwich had a massive onion peal in the middle of it and not enough meat, and I can't even get a hold of someone to talk to about the issue. The place was also dead. There may have been one customer inside, but no one else was waiting in the drive through. I'm not very happy to be paying as much as I did, for the food we received

If I could give zero stars I would, went in after ordering online, missed over half of my ingredients, my extra meat extra cheese, and my avocado, I couldn't call the store because it didn't have an option to talk to anyone, so I came in the next day to show the manger pictures of my food, and surprisingly the manger wasn't in. and the girl that made my sandwich said "oops I guess I did" didn't offer to give me so or fix it. My other sandwich didn't have cheese and only 4 slices of bacon for a foot long. I went in later on to see if I could catch the manger, and nope she wasn't there, they said she would be here at another time. So I came back and NOTHING. The manager wasn't there. The dude with blond hair, he was so rude, didn't want to give me cheese for my pretzel, then tried to not give me a bag, I politely asked for a bag, he bagged up my sandwich and was very aggressive and angry I asked for a bag. For the price we pay or anyone pays you should get what you asked for. I get being short staffed but being extremely rude is not an excuse.

Went in and waited for over 45 minutes. Every online order has priority over everyone else and gets bumped to the front of the line. If this is going to continue to be there policy, they should just close the doors to physical customers and go strictly online. I will never go back until they change there model
Need a different strategy when it gets busy. None of the employees are on the same page, and online orders should be second to those people who actually got up and came to the store.
Basic customer service is putting the person in front of you before an online order.
Maybe do the online orders in the back on the other line meant for the drive-thru. It's frustrating to get a sandwich that was toasted and it's cold when you get it, all because the online order before you had 5 sandwiches that were all more important than mine.
To be clear, I don't blame the employees, but I think management should probably teach them how best to handle a rush.

We waited at the drive thru for almost half an hour and we were the only ones at drive thru. I understand if they were short staffed but all customers going inside after us were attended first. No one look at the window, much less told us they’d be right with us. If they had a minus/negative I would’ve chosen that.

This subway is excellent! We were visiting Sheridan from FL. Exceptional customer service, fresh food (best looking tomatoes I’ve seen at a Subway in years!), new/clean store. The manager (or I think she was - person who moved from GA/FL for the store) took the time to get to know us too - she really cares!

Absolutely horrible service yesterday. I ordered ahead and waited until it was marked as ready on the app (which was 10m) after estimated time, so by the time I arrive it's about 40 minutes since I ordered 1 sandwich. I get there, it's not there, I patiently wait behind two people who had pulled in while I listen to the team lead snap at the employee next to her to do this and do that. I start to explain that I ordered ahead, it's marked ready, it's not on their wrack... She cuts me off and snaps at me that it'll be ready when it's ready. Walked out of the store and I won't be back to this location, absolutely ridiculous.

Firstly I’d like to start off by saying my family and I were so excited when we seen this new subway being put together. We love subway and thought it was so awesome they were getting a new building. Ever since they moved and opened here we go atleast once a week for a meal. We always had the best experience. Well as of late this has changed. Their new manager isn’t to kind. She almost yells at you when you walk in especially if you don’t answer her “fast enough” shouting “what do you want?!” Or “Can I help you?!” It’s honestly off putting. When I walk into a restaurant I’d like a second to be able to look at the menu “ we don’t always order the same thing” but also a nice “ hi what can I get for you” we’ve watched her be condescending to the workers that we’ve seen working there the longest and putting the most time and effort into working here. Or simply not help when they are busy. It truly makes me sad that one of our favorite spots has been ruined for us.

Waited for 20 minutes thinkin that there fancy drive thru would be cool but instead we wait for that long.they put full deli slices stuffed in a bowl and not cut up last I checked that not a protein bowl

I just went through the drive through and not only did they take 30min to even make the food when I received it the sandwichs I ordered were halfway cut through and falling apart my food was falling off out of the sandwich before I was able to eat it not only was that bad both ladies that worked the drive through had very poor communication skills. The worst job I've seen them so since they have opened
