Don’t bother ordering delivery from DoorDash. These people that work here don’t know how to read a receipt and will not give you the items in your order. Every single order I get I’m always missing either the chips or the drink. Why do I continue to order from them, I guess I like the food to much.
You have amazing employees however management clearly isn't concerned with their welfare. I waited for an hour while 3 staff members were drowning in online orders, drive through orders, and in person orders. Whoever is managing this location should feel absolutely ashamed that they are working their staff like this. It was horrible watching them drown while clearly understaffed but kudos to them for maintaining their composure and working as diligently as they did to continue to try to get caught up.

We just went there yesterday and ate and it was wonderful I like eating the veggie delight or the Philadelphia Sub My fiance likes he didn't even miss new there Even hot food

I just have to post about the best experience that I have ever had a Subway. There is an employee “LT” who is absolutely amazing! Everyone that walks in the door is greeted with a smile and great energy! The support she gives to her co-workers was exceptional and how everyone should be. I live in the next town over about 30 minutes away and she makes me want to come back everyday! I hope her employer appreciates her and realizes what a treasure she is!

Ate lunch here on 3/1/25. The woman running the register is an epic manager. It was extremely busy with a line almost out the door, she was greeting customers as they came in, dealing with check out with a smile on her face, being pleasant but firm with keeping things moving. She was very clear and direct asking the other employees to perform tasks, no doubt what was needed or who was to do it. I heard her ask her crew, during the rush, if everyone was ok, did anyone need a drink. This woman could run a 5 star kitchen! Kudos to you! I didn’t get your name, but you are freakin awesome.

No one was in line inside the store and I was still able to place a mobile order before being acknowledged to order. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my mobile order to come out. Not great.

I only order online. I don't think they prioritize any orders at all. Says it's done and nothing was ready. I'll just start getting it from inside Walmart because this is getting way worse than it was just a few months ago. I shouldn't have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to get my food, with random surprises of it sitting out for 15 minutes when I get there at the time specified.

This subway has been going downhill ever since they moved locations, but it wasn't until the new manager took over that the decline really took off. The way that she runs the place is anything but efficient, and I have personally witnessed her telling the employees to do the online orders instead of helping the long line of customers who are right in front of them. I have spoken with a friend of mine who works at the subway, and according to them, all of the employees strongly dislike the manager. Since the new manager has started, she has consistently taken a share of the tip pool, which, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), is strictly illegal. Violation of this law (which she has been breaking since she started) can land you some very heavy fines. The manager consiststantly uses the threat of cutting her employees' hours as a leverage tool if they do something she doesn't like. More often than not, she just sits in her office while her employees work and only actually prepares food when the district manager comes by. This is why the subway is doing so bad. The manager is so terrible that she can't keep good employees. Therefore, wait times go up, complaints of food quality rise, and the store falls into ruin. The only solution is to get rid of the problem. The manager must be dealt with.

I ordered the melt sub and I can't eat it. The bread is still wet and doughy from not being cooked all the way. The bacon wasn't cooked like it should be. I understand it's precooked but when it comes to me looking like it's straight from the package, cold, and white, appetites gone. The dasher was nice and timely.
