I just have to post about the best experience that I have ever had a Subway. There is an employee “LT” who is absolutely amazing! Everyone that walks in the door is greeted with a smile and great energy! The support she gives to her co-workers was exceptional and how everyone should be. I live in the next town over about 30 minutes away and she makes me want to come back everyday! I hope her employer appreciates her and realizes what a treasure she is!
Ate lunch here on 3/1/25. The woman running the register is an epic manager. It was extremely busy with a line almost out the door, she was greeting customers as they came in, dealing with check out with a smile on her face, being pleasant but firm with keeping things moving. She was very clear and direct asking the other employees to perform tasks, no doubt what was needed or who was to do it. I heard her ask her crew, during the rush, if everyone was ok, did anyone need a drink....
This subway is excellent! We were visiting Sheridan from FL. Exceptional customer service, fresh food (best looking tomatoes I’ve seen at a Subway in years!), new/clean store. The manager (or I think she was - person who moved from GA/FL for the store) took the time to get to know us too - she really cares!
