Never had a problem with the quality of the food. The bell is my guilt pleasure and it's so sad that I haven't been to this location a single time without having multiple items missing. The staff is all nice and friendly. But amazing to miss so many things.

Scary. I placed an order on the app for pick up and it took 50 minutes to get it. On top of that, the order was wrong.
While standing in the restaurant, I saw one employee smoking outside, another sitting at the table, a third on the phone in the kitchen, and a fourth talking to a friend at the counter. There were multiple people standing in the restaurant waiting for their food that stated out loud that this was a regular occurrence here. One of the employees told me that there was a person in the kitchen making food that normally just swept floors.
I don't eat meat and asked the employee that handed me my food just to make sure. The receipt was correct, but the food was not, as the burrito had meat in it.
Does this place have a manager? If so, they need a new one. Better yet, maybe somebody from the national corporate headquarters should either come and fix this mess or shut it down for good.

Ordered a dragon fruit freeze got a Baja blast freeze lady handed it to me and walked away. I ordered a burrito with easy beans and it was loaded couldnât even eat it.

The absolute slowest âfast-foodâ I have ever encountered. This is the second time I have come to this Taco Bell and both times took over an hour to get our meals. I highly recommend planing planning ahead and either going somewhere else or donating an hour plus of your time to waiting.

Went through the drive through and they forgot a bunch of our stuff. The Lux Boxes were all shoved into a bag so it was hard to verify and make sure we had everything.
The food wasnât even what we ordered.
This is not the first time they have messed up my order just the first time Iâve decided to comment.
We used to love Taco Bell but they have really gone down hill.

What an awful experience! While traveling to western Montana from Colorado, we stopped here for a quick carry out order. I used the kiosk, ordered 3 tacos, 2 drinks, and a burrito. They were backed up and slow, so I understood it could be a little while. I asked twice about my order, no clear answer. After 40 frustrating minutes, I told them I wanted a refund. The manager had the gaul to ask, how can I help you? I went off, demanded my refund, having eventually wasted 45 minutes of my 13 hour trip. Donât stop here for a quick fast food experience!!!!

I spend 30 mins standing waiting for my order up front. Multiple employees walk by me did not asked if iv been help ? While waiting that long. Then when I addressed the manager about it he did get on but then i thought..he gave me a free taco coupon and I tried to us it he ignored me then said rudely we are getting on it????? Very frustrating and as some who was raised in the restraint business very not profitable in fast food place. Then an employee comes out and laugh and says shift we'll done? Still I don't have my orders us been 35 mins now. With a hurt ankle so not cool đ very upset!
