Best Mexican food in Sheridan 😍🤤 my favorite is the Macho Burrito, my husband loves the carnita and pollo tacos, and my son is a big fan of the Fajita chicken Burrito. The food has never disappointed and the service is always great. Highly recommend calling for takeout if you need something in 10-15 mins.
We were just passing through Sheridan on our way to Couer d’Alene and thought we’d gamble for some local Mexican food.
Wow! So glad we did. El Rodeo is a Food Truck with picnic tables out front.
Food was amazing! We had three kinds of tacos, burritos, and loaded beef nachos. All were fantastic! 😋

Only tried the al pastor tacos while passing through town, and I was taken aback by how good they were. In Wyoming?? I grew up in Southern California, where taco trucks and tortillerías were part of everyday life in my neighborhood, but these are better. I have such mixed feelings about this. The tortilla was incredible, and the flavor of the meat was something I still can’t stop thinking about.
