After watching two cars in the drive thru line in front of me sit for several minutes with no response from the restaurant I walked in the restaurant. I was not greeted by one of the many employees standing in the food prep area who were busy eating. Those employees then started to prep orders without washing their hands or putting gloves on. I got my food to go and made the 10 drive to find my hamburger is room temperature. The food was poor and the service was terrible.
