Order your steak under the way you prefer it.The medium rare steak I ordered was so well done it was inedible. My friend ordered her steak tips rare and they came out medium. The potatoes, salad and service were good though.
We called ahead and they do not take reservations on a Tuesday night. We got there and were told the wait was 15-20. Waited an hour. We chose this for the menu and decided to wait it out and it was well worth it. Four in party and we all got the bacon wrapped filet. Two ordered medium and two medium rare. Without reservations on a Friday night, it was a short wait until bar seating was available. The place was totally slammed. Service was very good. Our entrees were A+ (steak and ribs). Onion rings were a little undercooked. I would recommend the Sheridan WCCC and wouldn’t hesitate to try their other locations. Now we know what it was busy - Best food in Sheridan!
