Great Hatch Chilies Relleno.
I will eat there every time
It's different Mexican style food than Texas, and it's WAY better! I was impressed. The pork green chili is amazing.

Su Casa Café is a small restaurant in a small town that offers great food. Customers can enjoy delicious dishes like the Bandido Sopaipilla and the Navajo taco, both fantastic. The green chili tastes amazing and you can tell it's homemade. The restaurant serves a unique "WestMex" cuisine. The warm salsa is interesting. An awesome gem located in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, the restaurant boasts an exceptionally friendly staff and budget-friendly prices. The waitress was nice and they paid so little for a family of 4. Fresh churros to go are also a must-try before leaving, their Churritos which are Deep Fried Tortilla Strips rolled in Cinnamon Sugar, w/ Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, and Honey are the best! This hidden gem is a must-visit destination for travelers on I-80 in Wyoming near Sinclair.
