It was a total surprise how good this place was. I had the green chili dish and loved it. It was super tender and tasty. Portions weren't huge like at a lot of Mexican restaurants but the food was so much better. Feel like they put quality over quantity and I am a fan.

I wasn't a huge fan of the food. It is small portions and not much to it. The green chili tastes amazing though and you can tell it's homemade. The salsa is interesting as it is warm. Almost like marinara, but not bad. Service has always been good both times I went here and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall not a bad little place out in Sinclair WY and a good place to stop if you need a good refresher.

My family and I stumbled upon this cute little place while traveling through Wyoming. The food was very delicious, the waitress was nice and I don't think I've ever paid so little for a family of 4! If you're passing through it is worth the stop.

Su Casa’s in Sinclair is hands down the best Mexican food you’ll find anywhere and especially along I-80. Located at 705 Lincoln Highway, Sinclair, Wyoming 82334, it’s a small, family-owned Mexican Cafe where you can taste that their recipes come straight from their roots in Mora and Las Vegas, New Mexico. These are family recipes that have been passed down through generations of the Maes family, made with fresh ingredients and tradition and love that you can taste in every bite.
The restaurant itself is a quaint little cafe, maybe 30 seats total, with about a 10 or so booths/tables. Don’t let the size fool you, the food absolutely delivers. Enchiladas plates, tacos, burritos, and a daily special that will have you thinking twice about your choice, you name it! Everything I’ve tried has been outstanding. The flavors are consistent too. I’ve heard people say they stopped in a year ago, came back recently, and the food still tastes exactly the same. That says a lot!
What makes Su Casa’s even more special is the history. They started back in 1988 out of a small food truck (still operational), which still sits out front in the parking lot today. From that little truck to the restaurant they have now, the Maes family has never changed their recipes or their standards.
Along with being featured in magazines, Su Casa’s has also been voted the best Mexican restaurant in the state of Wyoming and continues to earn other accolades. On top of the food, the service makes it feel like home. The cooks and waitresses always seem to remember you, sometimes by name, sometimes by face, and the greeting is always warm: “So nice to see you!” You can’t help but wonder how they remember everyone, but it makes the meal that much better.
And before the entrées even hit the table, they set you up with the freshest, warm tortilla chips and a salsa that’s unlike anything else. It’s served warm, with tiny bits of cheese mixed in, and it just melts in your mouth. Absolutely mouth-watering.
Delicious food, phenomenal service, and a restaurant that’s truly one of a kind. If you’re driving I-80 in either direction, do yourself a favor and make the stop in Sinclair. This is one of those small-town restaurants you’ll be glad you didn’t pass by. Five stars, no hesitation.
