I have eaten here several times, mostly good. Most recently both the food and service were subpar. The chicken parm which was a fried chicken tender chopped up, on top of noodles with a scoop of marinara. Fish and chips were overcooked, other greek pasta dish was not prepared as requested, chicken overcooked. Timming of the food delivery was staggered, 2 entrees delivered, a 3rd 5 min later, and the 4th 15 min later. 2:45 min total service time. Charcuterie was excellent.

Food was lacking in flavor. I had the yellow curry, my son had the beef medallions. Staff was great but food was not. Not worth the price, Will not be going back. Price actually ranges more from $16- $35 and up for an actual meal.

I had an overcooked fish and chips that had a skinny dried piece of fish that was almost black it was so over fried. Spoke to the server who told me that’s the way they cook it so essentially to bad. I didn’t eat it and was not offered something different and was charged despite my complaint. Awful food and terrible customer service.

This is my favorite place to eat in Star Valley. We usually try to go to dinner around 5:00 before they get busy. Food is great and nice servers.

Two strikes… I showed up last night at 6pm for dinner with a party of three. We were told that they would not be seating any walk-in parties because there was over an hour and a half wait due to the kitchen being backed up. At this point, the restaurant was no more than half full. Today, I ordered two chicken Caesar salads to go. It took them 20 minutes to prepare them and when I got to the restaurant to pick them up, there were exactly 2 people sitting at the bar eating. When I got home and opened the salads, they were definitely not $22 salads: each salad was about the size of a side salad I would expect to receive at dinner, with a half of a chicken breast on each. The salad was delicious, but a total rip off. Needless to say, they will not be getting a third chance…

Owner blames the association for all the restaurant problems. Customers were important when building the business but now it’s busy it’s a money grab.

We sat on the balcony and watched the golfers play the last hole. We loved our meals, Ahi dinner and Salad Nicoise with Ahi.

I always love to go to Three Canyons. The food is delicious, the menu has a lot of choices and the Muddy Screw Sloshie is the best!!! I notice it asks about noise level, in the bar can get loud with people having fun, the dining area is more more quiet.

We got a couple appetizers and drinks. Really good! An event had just ended, so it filled up fast and got really loud. But food and service was amazing!
