Being a food connoisseur and a chef . I’ve eaten in a lot of places . I rarely leave reviews, but this establishment is always consistent. I have had this food by chef Eric numerous times , and the food , service, hospitality equals the service you would get at a 5 star resort. Where to begin with the food part. Me and my animal are on an adventure and part of that adventure is finding righteous eats in our travels and we did good when I wandered in for lunch/brunch at Graze, driving through the Town of Thayne, WY.

Absolutely fantastic brunch! We had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and the Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise was silky and flavorful, and the smoked salmon was fresh and generous.
