I brought my sister here for ribeye 2 months ago. Great food. Just took my adult son and his family of 5 for ribeye and kids food tonight. Again, perfect food and service. I like my beef medium rare and my son likes his medium. Both were perfectly cooked. 3 grandkids had kids meal entrees. They loved them. When I am in Sundance I go out of my way to dine here. Food and service are consistently good.
We arrived late for this spot. It was fairly packed, and staff was worked hard. Very pleasant and knew their work.
We split a 20 oz. Tips appetizer, a cup of soup and a side of coleslaw. The Green Chili is pork, and my wife loved it. The coleslaw was a tad wet, but not runny.
The Beef Tips were insanely good.
