My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. The smells of waffles tantalize or senses with visions of syrup covered...
I thought I reviewed this, but looking back for a friend I guess I didn't. Went in summer 2023, what a fun little place to protein up before hiking Rendezvous, or relax afterwards before going back down. Had the Gateway! Great combo.
