It's McDonald's so you have certain expectations. The fries were way underdone and not crispy. First try at a chocolate shake had leftover strawberry syrup so they had to remake it. Irritating when they place shakes on the counter and don't announce which order they belong to do they sit there and melt while people wait for the rest of their food.
