My husband and I stayed a night in Torrington on our way to Denver to fly home. Our Hotel recommended the Mexican Restaurant beside our Hotel, said it was the best in town, but it was closed, so we drove downtown and saw Garcia's so decided to go in there. Biggest mistake ever.
