I normally eat at fast food place, but the Rueben sandwich was good.
Went through the drive thru about 15 minutes before they closed while on a road trip. Food only took about 5 minutes to make and was hot and fresh! Would go to again if in the area

While the cleanliness of the lobby and sauce availability could be improved, the overall service and food quality make it a decent place to grab a quick meal. The menu now features the new quarter pound pulled pork and quarter pound beef brisket, both of which are really good, with nice-sized sandwiches and good meat. The sweet BBQ sauce is also a favorite. However, prices have increased significantly in recent months, with a medium meal costing over $13 and drink cups smaller than before, packed with ice. Despite the higher prices, the staff is quick and efficient, even when busy, and they handle special orders well. The restaurant's limited wheelchair accessibility is limited to one entrance on the Eastside. Although there are occasional issues like missing sauces, Arby's in Torrington remains a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
