They know how to cook a steak! Prices are fair and the service is too. Outside of Wheatland, off the highway, worth the drive.

The Steak is the best you can get ! So juicy and ZERO fat! My Son And I Got steaks that you should get! Comes with small veggies and rolls when you get here ! I highly recommend this restaurant and it's steak!

Food was served cold, Everything overpriced for the quality. Steaks were full of gristle, bread was tough due to over mcrowaving to heat it. Kids meals were twice as expensive as other places with no drink included. No steaks were cooked properly. Medium well was served medium at best and still cold! French fries looked great but cottage fries were overcooked. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I grew up near El Rancho, and it is a classic. If you want fine food, in a western setting this is the place for you! Family owned, and operated this is a special place to celebrate your birthday or anniversary. I called today to get a gift certificate sent in to my folks for their anniversary! Wish I lived close by to take them there myself! I give this establishment a 5 star rating!
