My wife and I had the short ribs and mushroom fettuccine. Both dishes came out piping hot and delicious! Also tried the beet appetizer which had warm bread and was fabulous. Patty was very welcoming and friendly. It was a fantastic dinner!!

Locals favorite. Great spicy margs and bruschetta. Feels like home. Very family friendly. Big lawn outside. My favorite place in JH.

Great food, great service, really good Italian food! Coming in at 4pm (opening time advertised) a sign directed us to the bar. No one told us the dining area did not open until 5pm. We felt a bit out of place and ordered cocktails we didn't want as opposed to sitting in a bar with no drinks looking stupid! Half the staff was rolling up silverware while the rest prepared for the 5 o'clock shift. If you open at 5, advertise 5, or explain that the bar opens at 4, dining at 5! No one appeared ready at 4. Locals at the bar with one bartender and one half ready server. Not a good first impression of a place so highly reviewed and advertised!

We stopped in without reservations, just happened to drive by when looking for a place to have dinner. Were able to sit in the bar, and had the most amazing dinner. Our waiter was both knowledgeable and super personable and made fantastic recommendations we all loved. Would recommend this place to anyone. We had the roasted beet salad, roasted carrots, bar chicken and a steak. All were absolutely delicious.

My 2 brothers and I ate here last week after a long hiking day in the GT park. Everything was simply fantastic. Our server Tyler was great. He was funny, kind and checked on us often. The food was phenomenal! The bruschetta appetizer was to die for. For the entrees we had salmon, chicken parmesan, and lasagna and all were delicious! We sat outside and the ambiance was so pretty and relaxing. We really enjoyed watching the kids play out on the huge lawn out back. I am back home now from our vacation and sure wish that Calico's was here in my town. Do not miss this place if in the area!

I’ve eaten here several times and the food is always great. Tonight we sat a couple extra minutes to be waited on, no big deal for us, and the manager went above and beyond to apologize for the wait and comp our drinks. Not a necessary thing but a very thoughtful and professional move. It led me to leave this review to say the food is great, the atmosphere is so nice and the service is excellent!

We were here for 4 full days and ate here 3 times! Food is made with love. Fresh and flavorful. And we didn’t have that heavy feeling later which is typical with Italian food. We loved the honey crisp apple salad, chicken parm, meatballs, bolognese, and short rib. Make reservations or show up early. Outdoor seating is great.

Such a perfect spot for families! I wish every restaurant had a big backyard for small kids to run around in. The food was mostly average but we really enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard and letting the kids run around

We had a great time! The food was great especially the tiramisu! Pasta portions were awesome for the price very happy with the meal. Our server Joseph was awesome! He gave personable and quick service with a smile. We could see he was good at his job from his interactions with us and his other tables interacting with everyone. Atmosphere was great as well with an indoor outdoor feel no matter where you were sitting. The only thing that hurt the experience was when we walked in. Did not feel welcomed at all. In fact we almost just said never mind and left it was so weird how we were greeted. It was almost as if they didn’t want to seat us. A man and a lady seemed frustrated by something. Told us that there was no room outside and we could sit at the bar if we wanted. No questions about preferences or information about wait times. I had to ask if a table was available for them to offer and then were able to seat us right away. No hi hello how are you welcome in nothing. Just kind of rude and off putting. The lady continue to walk around the restaurant with a scowl on her face the whole time we couldn’t help but notice. Then when we walked out no thank you or come again. I would suggest they get some friendlier people to greet guests.

Wonderful outdoor patio - this alone is worth a visit for a drink. Enjoyed a nice pasta dinner with wine. Great value and price point when compared to other options in the Jackson area.
