Very nice theme, decor and menu. One small issue, our pot pie was not thoroughly baked, but was tasty. The "Muzak" (new wave elevator music) was all wrong for the concept! Get some classic rock and classic country mix going on in there! No service members nor patriots that I know personally listen to the stuff y'all playin' in there!

*5/5 Stars - A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Wilson!
Tucked away in the picturesque town of Wilson, Wyoming, Sidewinders is a must-visit destination for foodies and anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. Our recent visit was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to the outstanding service and delectable cuisine.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the stylish interior design, which perfectly blends rustic charm with modern sophistication. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for date nights, family gatherings, or casual meetups with friends.
Our server, Bal, was truly exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, Bal ensured our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable, his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.
Now, onto the pièce de résistance – the food! We indulged in three standout dishes that left us wanting more:
1. *Pasta Broccoli Alfredo*: Creamy, rich, and cooked to perfection, this dish was a masterclass in comfort food. The broccoli added a delightful crunch, and the portion was generous.
2. *French Onion Soup*: Caramelized onions, melted cheese, and a savory broth combined to create a truly unforgettable soup experience.
3. *Fish and Chips*: Flaky, tender fish, battered to a golden crisp, served alongside crispy fries and a tangy slaw. A classic done exceptionally well.
Sidewinders' beautiful location, nestled in the heart of Wilson, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The outdoor patio beckons on warmer days, providing an idyllic setting to savor a meal or enjoy a refreshing cocktail.
In short, Sidewinders is a culinary treasure that shines brightly in Wilson. Bal's exceptional service, combined with the outstanding cuisine and picturesque location, makes this restaurant an absolute must-visit.
*Don't miss:*
- Pasta Broccoli Alfredo

I've heard good things about Sidewinders but we ordered a pizza and it was a huge letdown. I thought it needed more sauce so asked for some on the side...turns out it just had no flavor.

We had an enjoyable meal here when visiting Grand Tetons NP. The service was good, the food was very good, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.
The beer selection was good, the menu items were reasonable, and the Sidewinder Pizza we ordered was very filling and tasted great after a long day of hiking.
I would eat here again

Burger had a good flavor and I thought the fries were pretty good, but my wife thought they needed cooked more, personal preference though. I would go back if we lived in the area.

This was a great place to eat dinner. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere of war planes and military decor was great to see. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Wilson area.

The food was good- nothing wrong with it but also nothing to write home about. We got the chicken pot pie and French onion soup— both apparently featured on Diners drive ins and dives. The soup was solid. The pot pie was fine.
Also had the chicken tenders- the homemade honey mustard was great

Chicken fried steak: excellent, properly fried with crispy skin and tender meat, and the grilled carrots were a nice side. Good gravy, and the accompanying toasted bread was also properly done (crispy outside, soft inside). Serving size was good.
Cajun chopped salad was just ok, nothing special about it, and the addition of grilled chicken was a little meager in amount, unfortunately. But they were good and flexible with some substitutions of the ingredients.
Kids cheese pizza and chicken tenders definitely passed the kids test.
The drinks were good and they were able to adjust well to make it more dry and less sweet.
Dessert offering was not very extensive but no big deal. You're not here for gourmet dessert, you're here for good bar food, drinks, and just a general good time.
Nice atmosphere and not too loud. They also have shaded outdoor seating. And there is a small yard where you can have the kids play games to keep them busy.
Parking was easy, no problem at all.
They don't take reservations, first come first serve but we were lucky and didn't have any wait when we came.
Service was excellent! Our waitress Angelina was friendly, professional, and knew what she was doing.
Oh, and clean bathroom, always a good sign for an establishment.
Overall: would recommend

We had so much fun at this restaurant, we ordered pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks. Our teens had fun, there's a game room. Our family had so much to talk about with the Navy and Marine decor, including various images from current to WWII, Vietnam, and other moments in history. As a Navy veteran, I was thrilled to support this veteran owned restaurant.
