I had a really great experience tonight at Sudachi. Robert at the sushi bar was super attentive and customized my entire order. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. It was definitely a splurge, but the quality of the fish and the service was well worthwhile,highly recommend!
Managed to grab a table for 2 without a reservation in late July. I think we got lucky seeing as the place was quite busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the overall experience. Although we ordered all of our 5 sushi dishes at once, they were thoughtfully plated and brought to us individually as a 5-course meal; thus each offering had its own space to enjoy. The pace of service was perfect, and a nice touch. Don't skimp out on the sake pairings, or Surf&Turf roll;...
Great little sushi spot in between the village and Jackson! Always reluctant to try sushi at landlocked places, but Jackson is different given that it’s Jackson. It can move the high quality fish they get so it stays fresh.I got the classic Japanese dishes such as miso soup, wakame, miso cod, unagi (eel), sake sashimi (salmon), uni (sea urchin), chu-toro (tuna belly), and hamachi.They did a great job with the classic dishes and preserved the taste profile and executed well....
