Had a shopping basket (almost full) , 3-4 shirts & a hoodie in my arms ...walking around shopping. (The place was busy) one of the employees comes over & "insist" I set my stuff on counter & continue shopping...cuz it looked like I was having trouble....instead of running the register & getting people out the door.Just wasn't cool & we probably won't go back there ....rest of everything " the park" was acceptable

The best offering by old faithful unless you are fortunate enough to get a reserved seating at the restaurant. Never succeeded despite being a hotel guest. The far away Lake Yellowstone hotel restaurant is very nice.

~Awesome Souvenir Store~ We loved this place! Of course, it is packed with people since it’s located by Old Faithful. The store has a lot of souvenirs: Postcards, Coffee cups, Shot glasses, Keychains, Aprons, Kitchen towels, Hoodies, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Baseball caps, etc. It is also a General Store with Chips, Crackers, Cookies, Candy bars, Fresh fruit, Condiments, a good variety of Sandwich bread, an assortment of Huckleberry products; and, of course, all types of beverages and ice cream. In addition, they have nice, clean restrooms & the Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I purchased post cards, three personalized Yellowstone coffee cups, (they even spelled my husband’s name correctly), three Yellowstone National Park t-shirts, (the 3 for $30 mix & match are a great deal) + they are really nice t-shirts too. Then, we also bought a loaf of sourdough bread and toffee covered peanuts.

Nothing spectacular or to write home about.Kid-friendliness: Kind friendly all the way around. But, you have to walk through the gift shop-which is torcher for most parents on vaca who are regularly subjected to the oh mommy please for the 501st time today.Parking: There are a lot of places toPark, but you might need to drop of the elderly or disabled.Wheelchair accessibility: A couple of spots out front of each shop or building.

Edit at bottom.If you want a chicken sandwich that was in a warmer for 20 minutes and pay $6 for a half of a cup of chili then come here. I asked them to fill it up and they said they just ran out. Come for the view but pack your own lunch.Edit. So o went back up and talked to the manager and he gave us a good cup to roasted tomato soup
