Heard great things about Belly of the Bison, so we chose it for our anniversary dinner! The Beef Carpaccio was a real standout – truly superb. The main courses didn't quite hit the same high note for us, as the braised bison was a bit dry. However, we still had a good overall experience.
Tier-1 service with an impeccable and fantastic wine selection. They leverage meat availability with local preferences and traditional cooking methods. The serving staff provide honest suggestions and genuine recommendations as well as being polite, appealing and attentive.
Hands down, the best place to go within the whole city. It's grass-roots ingredients match their customer service, only out matched by flavour profile.
