I never get too excited about Boston Pizza, but I had a good meal here. It was the pasta day which I think is Tuesday. Really good service. I’ve come to this location over many years and I think it is quite well kept. Lots of big TVs and clean.

Cecil and Marian are really great people to have to man anybody’s restaurant. They are really helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are making the experience as pleasant and enjoyable that people like me wants to go back more often.

Just placed an online order and ended up getting disappointed as usual. I ordered a sandwich with onion rings on the sides, i know it's a side item but does it mean it's exactly gonna be 4-5 each in quantity? And my colleague ordered chicken Caesar salad, believe me it was so raw and uncooked that left me completely disappointed. I know you guys are busy. 'But at least don't rip someone off.' We are paying you to make those orders.

Boston Pizza in its contemporary state is far from its glory days. The recipes have even been changed to allow for many quality-lowering shortcuts and the amount of from-frozen or preserved ingredients has only increased.
Corporate has ruined the establishment, and while Boston Pizza will charge for a restaurant meal you will instead receive fast food (but with some extra steps). The presented method of obtaining a refund for poor quality when a delivery service is used is to refer you back to that service to address your concern. This is despite that the courier did their job properly and had no responsibility or control for the quality from the kitchen.
Due to that fact, they are naturally resistant to offer you a refund. Boston Pizza creates the problem but forces the two other parties to solve it for them. And the poor staff are caught in the middle when they're really just trying to do their very best with a lacking system.
Our local business community has plenty of spots available that meet the same price point but deliver on their passion for quality. They deserve your support, instead.
Boston Pizza Management please make better choices. Integrity is still alive.
