“We experienced their dinner service Thursday February 29th. Food was good. Service was subpar. Server did the minimum service required. It was okay. Nothing worth writing about. Limited food options in this northern town so you take what you can get. Service is not the forefront of this establishment so you go there to eat. Food. The end.“
“Accidents and misunderstandings happens of course. However everyone who works there always follows up with issues. If they'd recognize your account and see something is off they'd phone to confirm.Almost feels like a local business.Serious tho. It's no longer about the food I call in now, it'd just the effort they make and knowing they don't treat you like some person. They really do value customers and do thier best, even the drivers. Give em' a chance if they do accidentally make a mistake or miscommunication occurs.“
“I don't know what went wrong, but I do NOT recommend BP Whitehorse!!! One star instead of none because of staff. After a long day's work missing out on lunch, I tried BP Whitehorse once again. The waitress was friendly and so was the manager, but the food was abysmal. I ordered the Boston size burger, which said to have 2 of 1/4 pounder patties. Well, t may have started like that, but there was not much left but some dried out, partially burnt (even crispy) couple of discs. The bun and pickle and onion were OK, the rest not. Not even the coleslaw side, absolutely tasteless Even when cooked properly not worth $19.95. Fortunately, I was only charge $4.18 for a glass of pop. A bit outrageous, but let it go. I thought I'd never say this but even DQ's soggy burgers are better than this. I was offered a re-order, but declined as I did not want further disappointment. I don't think I will ever return to this outlet.“
“My husband felt like spaghetti and I’m glad he did as it led us to Tony’s. The staff is friendly especially the owner!! The portions are big and the taste is even bigger!! The atmosphere in the lounge was amazing….definitely a great evening!!“
