Mimi's saved my mom's Surprise 75th Birthday Party in April when the other Vietnamese restaurant canceled on us with less than 4 days notice.Rachel was a delight to deal with, they were very accommodating, and the space is very pretty and welcoming. Pho was good taste good but there's a minty flavor that I wasn't able to taste. Bun bo hae was 10/10 and if you have high tolerance in spicy food, better try their hottest option. Spring rolls are good, but with more vegetables would be better; peanut sauce was exquisite. The fried wanton and green onion pancake compensate the savory taste of Pho. Lastly, the ambiance is good and the dishes are fresh. A must try restaurant. Will come back for more for sure! ?
