After spending $50 on a meal I got home to find my salad was a block of ice. I called to let them know and I had to explain 3 different times to the "manager" what was wrong until they understood. Their solution? Wanted me to drive down to the store to get refunded the $3 for the salad. For $50 I expect food to not be frozen. Not handled well at all.
The staff @ KFC-Whitehorse, Y.T. Canada was most accommodating, helpful, and at my service. They went out of their way. Thank you. I would def recommend a safe & clean restaurant to eat at.
