This place needs more staff, better training for the staff, and a manager that realizes that people don't want to sit and wait ½ an hour for a latte that was pre-ordered on the Starbucks App. The coffee is great when it finally arrives, but the service is VERY slow. We were not the only ones waiting, as I witnessed most people that were sitting down left as soon as their coffees were made.Parking: Shares the parking lot with Walmart, so always lots of spaces available.
Starbucks drinks are amazing ? but Gagan at Chilkoot, Whitehorse YT did awesome ? job. I had ordered my favourite drink and she made it awesome. Gagan went above and beyond with service in busy hours .5 stars ✨ to her.Parking: Whitehorse

Starbucks is quite standardized, but this location is unpleasant for two reasons. I think these two reasons are easy fixes and I hope the manager can address it with their team:1.
