The Ridge Pub Grill and Offsales

My brother and I stopped here during our road trip from Anchorage back to Washington State. Had the Aloha Burger which was really good. Place seem pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Service was good for having one waitress at the time and would definitely try again if ever in the area. Side note; The little I experienced of Yukon and Whitehorse. Absolutely beautiful.

Food was just okay. Wasn’t worth the 50$ I was charged. I had chicken strips w/ fries, poutine and chicken wings.

We’re new to town and have popped in here twice now. The food is good and the servers/bartenders are friendly!

I had a really great meal despite my initial doubts.
I’m both a vegetarian and don’t drink alcohol, so there was nothing on the menu I could choose from. Though I asked for chicken quesadilla without the chicken, and Olivia, the waitress who served me, was absolutely phenomenal. Offered to add mushrooms, which didn’t cost anything, and kept checking in on me and refilling my rootbeer.
So initially thinking it wasn’t going to be a good experience, especially having to take the bus home to the other side of town, Olivia was amazing, smiling, and made sure I was looked after.
The food was hot and perfect too.
I had a great time!

Four of us had a drink & some food after skiing. Everything was tasty & priced reasonable. Tuna bowl awesome! Will be back.

Food was good. Had to look around for serving staff a couple of times. Interior was Grey and bland. I guess I expect a pub to be festooned with jerseys, pictures, a theme that ties customers together.

All around great pub. Food was delicious. Service was knowledgeable and prompt. Atmosphere was nothing unique with an emphasis on sports bar style and feel.

Food is 5/5. More training for staff needed on basics. Ie . Take empty glasses away (missed 3x), bring napkins when serving wings. Service used to be better. Easy fixes. Good place to watch sports. Less country music please - I moved outside to escape it.

We like going there because it is so close to home but they definitely need to refresh the menu. We now have friends that say “anywhere but the ridge”.

We want to hang out longer and taking our time to consume our drinks, however as soon as we finished our food and did not order anymore because we are looking to order more drinks instead of food, the server billed us out automatically. So we packed up and continued somewhere else. I guess they don’t want our

I really want to like The Ridge. It is within walking distance from my house. The food is good. There are one or two great servers, but generally the service has been getting worse with every visit. The last time was the worst. The server was disinterested at best, but really it was surley, disrespectful and dismissive to paying (and very regular!) customers. Until customers are treated as valued patrons (until the owners care how their customers are treated) I'll have to find somewhere else to spend my beer money.P.S. If you plan on visiting later in the evening be aware the pub has a habit of not keeping to its posted hours and simply closing when it's not busy. How are you supposed to plan around that?

This should be a decent sports bar, but the attitude of some staff is brutal! Often, we who drink there regularly (and tip well) are treated disrespectfully, and so we have decided to boycott this establishment until staff attitudes improve.
