Food: The coffee here is rarely made correctly. If you ask for less sugar, they add more; if you ask for more, it still comes out wrong. Every visit, my coffee tastes different, and it’s never consistent.
Customer 0 Customer service is very poor. Coffees are left on the counter with no names or receipts, so customers are left guessing which drink is theirs. When I asked about mine, the staff insisted it was correct—but it turned out to be plain black coffee, which I never ordered. When I tried to explain, the employee dismissed me with an attitude instead of helping.
Staff also spend time chatting and laughing in another language while customers are waiting, which comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful.
This location needs serious improvement in both training and customer service. Orders should be made correctly, and customers should be treated with respect.
