The employee struggled to understand me and didn't seem to understand my request. The hot carmel toffee coffee tasted like a black coffee with creamer. The employees were nice and trying to accommodate they just struggle understanding what I was asking for. I didn't receive my order until the manager asked if I was waiting on something after handlng other coffees out. He then made and handed me the coffee I ordered.
Use to have cozy environment. But now "new look" is just not speak friend.
Parking: There are 2 Tim's in the city, 1 has 2 paid parking and only that. 2nd has free parking but only has under 10 spots for parking. Either people take other establishments parking or just go through drive through because of that.

In regards with the food, it’s worth the price
The food is fresh and tasteful, and the coffee are fresh and so addictive (so i kept coming back)🤣
