“Absolutely everything we ordered was incredible....the pretzel loaf, duck pasta, wild boar risotto, sticky Thai ribs....perfection! If you like gin, try the Hanky-Panky....not too sweet and very refreshing. The room is lively but you're still able to converse without a problem. Ambiance is fantastic!“

“This place is so great! The drinks were delicious. It was Kentucky Derby Day so I got a Mint Julep. All my friends enjoyed their craft cocktails as well. I did mostly shared apps and each one was delicious. I mixed the meatballs and the truffle mac. Sweet potato bombs were a hit. Zucchini fries were excellent! Far enough away from the Pier to find a parking spot. Everyone was really nice. I was able to get seated and wait comfortably for all my friends to show up late. :)“

“The food was good, the live music was good. My only issue is that apparently after 10, the drink prices increase by $2, though it is not written anywhere on the menu or website. This feel predatory and shady as hell. You should inform your customers of any price changes that will happen through out the night. Don't showcase your happy hour, but hide the price hikes that happen later.Edit: I think the bartender was aware of my frustration with the hidden price hikes and gave me a shot on the house. Very nice of her, so I do appreciate her service.Edit2: the manager came over to me to explain that it is a city mandate that all bars and taverns increase their prices after 10. While it is a city mandate, I do feel that management has a responsibility to inform customers of this price change and what time it starts. If I had been paying with my card, I wouldn't have known about the price increase until I had already bought a couple of drinks.“

“Wurstkuche offers a selection of meats and there's also vegetarian options as well. I tried the vegan meat and it was pretty good! Loved the sauces and toppings that they offer and their fries are delicious and thick. I also ordered a belgian beer called Fruli and it tastes like straight strawberry juice--right up my alley! There's plenty of seating and it has a chill vibe to it.“

“Super delicious food and a diverse beer selection. The Brussel Sprouts are incredibly good. The burgers too. It's also great that 2 small burgers are served in the children's menu. These are easier to eat with small children's hands. We were there on a Wednesday evening and "got into" a trivia game that was held in the beautifully designed back area of ​​the restaurant and offered us great entertainment, even if we didn't play. Highly Recommended!Kid-friendliness: Super sweet and great children's meals! There were other children there too!“

“I love this place. I have been coming here for years. Kathleen and Ashley always give fantastic service- they remember my drink and food orders and are always welcoming to my fiancé and I. When you get here, order yourself an OG or two...one of my fave cocktails in the SouthBay. They also have a pretty decent list of other wines, cocktails and spirits to keep everyone happy. Taco tuesdays are fun - crowded (so make a res) but what do you expect when they offer dollar tacos? I also come here for brunch on sundays - the breakfast burritos and avocado toast are great and during football season they have sunday ticket so you can watch your fave team. On the dinner menu, the ribs are always a hit, but i have also had the steak and the burger and loved those too. During the holidays they have a fantastic seasonal cocktail menu and the decor is also really fun. This place is great“

“I have dined here for almost 10 years or so, and I come here often for a good reason, so I sincerely wish I could rate this 5 stars. The atmosphere is fun and it's a good place to sit down, relax, and have a good time (in terms of going to a restaurant). The food is generally good but almost every time I order the nachos and explicitly ask them for no jalapenos and peppers, they put them on, as they seem to forget the exact order when it gets to the kitchen. I have had to send food back, and while I do not want to be a pest, I keep having to death with this issue and have gotten frustrated. On a more positive note, when I order other foods, they usually come out pretty good, especially for a non-formal bar. I recommend the house salad and the Chicken Fingers. If you want something less casual, this place might not be the best dining options. I am 90% sure there are less casual options, though.Parking: Depends on the day. Sometimes incredibly easy to find parking, and other days nearly impossible.Kid-friendliness: Despite being a bar, it is surprisingly kid friendly.“
