Yep! We love it. Not sure who wouldn't! My favorite is the quinamom - I've destroyed the spelling of that probably. But ask for one. It does not disappoint. We also love the BLT and the sourdough bread. Mmmmm. Adorable little spot on 2nd street. Order ahead and take it to go or sit a while and enjoy the vibe on 2nd.
I think gusto and colossus go head to head in a throw down for best bakery in the LBC. Colossus has a more comprehensive menu and more interesting breakfast choices than gusto. Colossus bread is almost as good as gusto so close that I'd opt for either all things being equal. Pastries at colossus are in general better in my opinion especially the laminated dough ones. Nothing can beat a gusto koighn anonn, but colossus has a bomb koign anonn as well.
