“Second time coming back for that delicious churrasco saltado and it never disappoints. Perfectly medium cooked skirt steak with that mouthwatering saltado sauce, onions, tomatoes, a side of fried yuca on a bed of rice is all I needed. It has to undoubtedly be one of the best saltados I’ve had in town and I was pleasantly surprised to have found this little gem in a food hall. I’d have to come back and try a few other things on the menu.“

“Clarine was our server, she was awesome!I loved the dishes! The items that stood out most and are still on my mind is the Pollo Picante, the King Oyster Mushroom Tostadas, and the Tiger roll.The drinks were awesome as well, good potency! I asked Clarine what are some popular cocktails according to what she has seen her guests select. She pointed to the Sawayaka. It was delicious and fit for edging off a hard day at work.The one thing I was unaware of is that the venue has an entertainer, the lady who danced with fire, and the DJ. They both were great and complemented each other in perfect synchronization. Thank you!“

“Love this place. If you’re looking for an affordable, fast casual spot in South Beach, this is the spot. The waiters are the sweetest even when it’s slammed. “Great food. Terrible service in 2021.2024 . This is the best Peruvian restaurant in North Beach by new Management who is more dedicated to the details of service and STILL great Peruvian food. Ceviche is great and fresh. Best chaufa we ever had and the octopus was amazing! Their Pisco Sour mind blowing; literally. Giacomo; a very charismatic and full of great energy owner. I never get tired to go back!!!“

“My Review to INTIMO: It's simply put one of the best restaurants in Miami. Any angle you look at it: food quality, taste and presentation; service impeccable; cocktails far from average & usual - interesting, full flavor, gorgeously presented. The dishes and cups. The edible bright flowers that bring life and color to the plate. The waiters! Knowledgeable, delicate, with a sense of humor. Violinist - modernistic rap music that sounds like Bach. Ambiance. The light low key table lamps that look like candles. Beautiful photography and chachkas on the walls. One of the main courses we ordered - polenta with crab meat. I could just do this polenta alone like a dessert cream brûlée. It's a place to return to. Thanks to the chef Juan Chipoco, thanks to every person working at INTIMO who helped to create THE experience. Isabel Levin“
