“We receded right away upon arrival. As is often the case, the food was amazing. But our server, TJ, was not up to the normal Cameron Mitchell standards. Although we were not his only table, he seemed easily distracted by other guests. When he input our appetizer order, we ordered two of the same thing but he must've only put in one so that when it was delivered to the table we were missing The other item. It took him several minutes to realize it and then an additional amount of time for them to make the appetizer and bring it to the table. He was also slow to notice our beverages needed refilled. When drinks were ordered, he was slow to get them to the table. But from where we were seated, we could see that the drinks have been made at the bar.“

“Small local coffee shop. You place your order, grab your beverage, and then take a seat. We enjoyed our food and experience, but personally prefer a little more elbow room. I recommend this place if you are a group of two or less just due to size of space. There isn't a ton of seating, maybe 10 two seat tables. Once the seats are taken, you have to wait for availability. The coffee is great! It was self-serve with the option or half and half or oat milk in their fridge. Orange juice is available, and it tasted fresh squeezed! The food was really tasty! We ordered the breakfast tacos, the greek omelet with cinnamon raisin toast, and split the hashbrowns.“

“Absolutely loved this place! The food was aAmazing! They have no deep fryers, heat lamps, or microwaves in the entire place so you know your getting real cook to order food! The million dollar bacon is melt in your mouth! (Literally) Definitely will be visiting again soon!“

“Nonalcoholic cafeteria-style restaurant in which food is behind the counter and servers will provide it based upon your requests. As you move down the line, you can select from an extensive array of salads and jello, then hot foods including various meats and vegetables, then rolls, then drinks, and, finally, an extensive selection of deserts. Your selections are rung up separately by the cashier at the end of the line and, after paying, you carry your tray to the table or booth of your choice where a server will assist you in removing the dishes from your tray and will carry off the tray. Attentive server also bring you drink refills and carry away any dishes that you are finished with. Food is good, selections are many, but prices are a bit on the high side.Parking: Huge parking lot with handicap parking near the building.“

“Our server, Chris, was excellent and deserves 6 stars out of five!! He helped us make celebrating our family birthday phenomenal. He was very attentive, accommodating, understanding of the children in our group. Chris even asked if he could hang the drawing of a dragon our grandson made while waiting for our meal. He also brought our grandson more pasta and our granddaughter a small kid sized salad halfway through our delicious meal. Everyone enjoyed the generous piece of cake and ice cream! Delicious!! Chris brought clean forks for us as the dessert was paced around the table. We called mid afternoon to add 2 to our reservation and we were pleasantly accommodated! “The food here is amazing, I wish they would bring back the fried cauliflower because that meal was always great. I've been a few times and everyone seems to love the fried chicken, I cannot get enough of their broccoli which I know sounds odd but they put a flavorful sauce on it. Their biscuits are great and the potato cracklins are nice and crispVegetarian options: They now have a quinoa bowl that is delicious and they have some vegetarian sides and appetizers, be aware though alot of the fried foods are cooked in the same oil as the chicken“

“We came here after OSU's graduation. They were able to accomodate us at a different time than previously planned because of the ceremony not taking as long as expected. Our waiter, Owen, was prompt and attentive. The menu is extensive and everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. My husband was excited by the craft beer on rotation. It was a good experience and I would not hesitate to schedule another dinner here.“

“We went on a tour here to learn about how they make their spirits. The tour was great, and our guide Maggie was very informative while being casual and easy to talk to. I would love to go back and meet their spirit master Adam. Prices are average compared to other places in Columbus. Vodka and gin are very affordable without tasting cheap. Only negative is there isn’t much parking. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience here. Can’t wait for the bourbon to be released!!“

“My friend and I traveled from Mansfield, Ohio to go the Titanic The Artifact Exhibition and we stopped to try the New BBQ Pastrami and we were both impressed. Clint, Kyle, and the entire Hoggy’s team are very friendly. I highly recommend going to Hoggy’s if you haven’t. We will definitely be back next time we are in Columbus.“

“Here, I thought this was just another american diner. I just wanted something local to eat. I wasn't expecting the mexican american cuban combo. Seriously, french toast bites, a breakfast burrito, and plantains! They put real fruit on the french toast. I love it. The place was packed, and it should be. I drive truck, and out of the many places I've been around the country, this diner is a real gem. Great food. Nice people.“

We constantly had to flag her for things because she never came to check on us. Food was good, but not up to its usual standard. It was Mother's Day, so I understood it was busy, but it was not up to the higher standard I expected from this restaurant specifically when you're spending the amount of money you spend on a meal there.“

“Amazing food!!! So glad we stopped while in town. So much stuff looked so good on the menu, it was hard to figure out what to order. I loved the s’mores shake, and my buffalo chickn sandwich was the best vegan sandwich I have ever had. Awesome space with a patio, and our waitress Morgan was amazing and so nice! We will be back sometime and I can’t wait.“

“Happened upon Grand Day Cafe on a Thursday, late morning. The restaurant is clean, bright and nicely decorated. While a full dining area the acoustics were perfect for a quiet conversation. The host and server were cheerful and pleasant and very attentive, checking in often. I ordered the Chicken Salad Melt on sourdough, which was grilled to perfection. The chicken salad had great flavor and just the right mix of ingredients. I got chips instead of fries and the presentation was inviting and even included a spig of parsley. Coffee was good and my cup stayed full the entire time. Check out their specials of the day board across from the checkout counter. One thing not note is they are a breakfast/lunch venue with limited hours, closing at 2:30 on weekdays and 3:00 on weekends.“

“We went here for a private Bridal shower. The food was served tea style service and the herbal tea was good and I'm not a tea drinker at all. The teacups were all unique and beautiful. The favorite little tea sandwich was the strawberry cream cheese on the raisin bread. Tomato bisque had a good flavor but it wasn't warm.“

“Very seldom do I give 5 stars across the board, but this restaurant is tops, maybe because I'm from the Cincinnati area and the restaurants in Grove City appear to be better. Sorry, no pictures. When they put your food in front of you, it's hard to remember to take a picture before you dive in. Believe it or not, I had salmon at a Steak restaurant and it was good. My wife had a filet and the others had chicken finger plates (4 of us total an a baby). The food was probably 4.5 but the service and atmosphere put us over the top. I hope to return someday.“

“EDIT: Still a great joint, but there has to be a way to improve the seating process during busy times. There's nowhere to stand or sit, and they won't seat anyone at the round table in the back. I stood for 40 minutes with two others and half the time that table was empty. The whole counter up front should be removed to make room for customers waiting. It's truly an awful experience coming to Olympic Diner when it's busy.A rare bird of a restaurant, a local, classic diner, but with genuinely good food and service. The owning family all work there and are extremely friendly and ever present. They will remember who you are.“

“The environment here is always buzzing and lively, and the staff is always going above and beyond. I go with my friends for casual dinners and drinks at least twice a month, and I've never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, and I love how much the drink menu changes.“
