“We receded right away upon arrival. As is often the case, the food was amazing. But our server, TJ, was not up to the normal Cameron Mitchell standards. Although we were not his only table, he seemed easily distracted by other guests. When he input our appetizer order, we ordered two of the same thing but he must've only put in one so that when it was delivered to the table we were missing The other item. It took him several minutes to realize it and then an additional amount of time for them to make the appetizer and bring it to the table. He was also slow to notice our beverages needed refilled. When drinks were ordered, he was slow to get them to the table. But from where we were seated, we could see that the drinks have been made at the bar.“

“The food here is amazing, I wish they would bring back the fried cauliflower because that meal was always great. I've been a few times and everyone seems to love the fried chicken, I cannot get enough of their broccoli which I know sounds odd but they put a flavorful sauce on it. Their biscuits are great and the potato cracklins are nice and crispVegetarian options: They now have a quinoa bowl that is delicious and they have some vegetarian sides and appetizers, be aware though alot of the fried foods are cooked in the same oil as the chicken“

“We came here after OSU's graduation. They were able to accomodate us at a different time than previously planned because of the ceremony not taking as long as expected. Our waiter, Owen, was prompt and attentive. The menu is extensive and everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. My husband was excited by the craft beer on rotation. It was a good experience and I would not hesitate to schedule another dinner here.“

“Outstanding isn’t a strong enough word for the food and service. Incredible experience and likely the best dining experience that I’ve ever had in Columbus. Only complaint was the temperature in the restaurant. We were freezing for the entire two hours that we were in there.“

“We had dinner last night at Lindey's to celebrate my daughter's graduation from OSU. There were 8 of us, including 2 teenagers, and everyone loved their dinner, drinks and dessert. Our waitress Megan was very helpful with any questions we had! We highly recommend Lindey's!“

“We went on a tour here to learn about how they make their spirits. The tour was great, and our guide Maggie was very informative while being casual and easy to talk to. I would love to go back and meet their spirit master Adam. Prices are average compared to other places in Columbus. Vodka and gin are very affordable without tasting cheap. Only negative is there isn’t much parking. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience here. Can’t wait for the bourbon to be released!!“

“The restaurant doesn't put everything that's in the dishes on the menu. I'm not suppose to have corn and the salad I ordered has it even though it's not listed on the menu. The server said that's the case with several items on the menu.“

“We waited 20 minutes beyond our reservation time to get seated, our waitress forgot app. plates, and didn't get utensils so we had to wait after our apps. came to flag her down. We constantly had to flag her for things because she never came to check on us. Food was good, but not up to its usual standard. It was Mother's Day, so I understood it was busy, but it was not up to the higher standard I expected from this restaurant specifically when you're spending the amount of money you spend on a meal there.“

“We went here for a private Bridal shower. The food was served tea style service and the herbal tea was good and I'm not a tea drinker at all. The teacups were all unique and beautiful. The favorite little tea sandwich was the strawberry cream cheese on the raisin bread. Tomato bisque had a good flavor but it wasn't warm.“

“The environment here is always buzzing and lively, and the staff is always going above and beyond. I go with my friends for casual dinners and drinks at least twice a month, and I've never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, and I love how much the drink menu changes.“

“Went for a weekend breakfast, food was great! The truffle eggs are a must try. It's a flavor and texture bomb! Steak and potatoes were okay. I feel like the steak needs a sauce or something. Easy eggs with it doesn't cut it. Server was friendly and attentive. 4 stars for service because food took longer than expected. When we arrive at 9:15am, there were not a lot of people but we still waited a bit for our food. Could be better.“

“This has become one of my favorite restaurants food is always delicious and service is always top tier. Our waiter was wonderful he engaged with us, also kept checking in on us to make sure everything was up to standard. I had a reservation for 7:45 p.m, but I made a call and they were able to get me in at 7:15 p.m which was great due to them being really busy due to prom season. I wish they would bring back the little crossiant that came with the salad they were really good but thanks again for a wonderful dinner for me and my family.“

“An excellent brunch/lunch spot in the heart of the Short North section of Columbus. The service was top notch, always greeted with a friendly hello. The food is delicious and they use quality ingredients, with many coming from local producers. I love that! My favorites were the oatmeal, country breakfast, and sausage. I normally like trying new places but they were so good here that I stopped in every day during my stay. I will be back next year!!!“

“We visited Wings and more fast food today and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. We ordered Panino Supreme Pizza and Sausage sandwiches, the flavors were authentic and the staff were incredibly friendly. “The food was excellent. Calling it bar food does Tavern City no justice as everything is elevated and tastes like farm to table quality in taste, plating, and service. The atmosphere was comfortable. The weather was lovely so the front was opened up giving the space a nice breeze. We tried several appetizers including the Brie and it was wonderful. The burgers were juicy and the perfect size. All the cocktails were also very vibrant and refreshing.“

“Overall great experience and food. Menu was very similar to Hudson 29 (another Cam Mitchell spot) which is very good but it would have been nice to see a little more differentiation. Prices seemed a little elevated for burgers, etc. ($16-$19) but it may just be the new norm these days. Environment was very open and bright - the large front windows being open really brightened the whole space... Would still recommend this as a good spot for good food.“

“This is a neat place just disappointed in not getting a side with our burger. My husband and I got an order of wings and two burgers. To our surprise the burger doesn't come with fries or chips. We did think to ask the server because burger and fries are a staple in American food and that's not something they offer together as a meal on the menu. If I'm paying $9.50 for a double cheeseburger I better get a mind blowing burger or a burger and fries. Neither of which we got. 4/5 not for the food but for the serves from our server and the atmosphere of the pub.“

“We’ve been to Hubbard Grille twice. The first time we had less than stellar experience, where the food and service had problems. The assistant gm, Corban, reached out to us and was able to address all of our concerns and provide a spectacular dining experience the second time.The food quality and the service were amazing!Our final order was:• brussels sprouts (crispy and delicious!)• all natural fried chicken (perfectly crispy, well seasoned and very juicy on the inside - the grits that came with it were buttery, smooth and had a nice bite to them, and I subbed asparagus - and you should to!)• summer salmon (perfectly cooked, well seasoned, crispy and tender, and the bell pepper rice with the pineapple chutney were a surprisingly good combination)We also ordered a bottle of The Federalist Zin. It was properly priced and it went very well with our order. It’s a solid choice if you are looking for a versatile table wine.Overall, the experience was made better by Corban!(Make sure to make a reservation, otherwise it can be hard to get a seat!)“

The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown.
