“K-sweets tea is so cute and aesthetically pleasing! I ordered their torched egg custard milk tea with 70% sugar and it was SOOO good literally 10/10 recommend LOOL & If you don’t like your drinks super sweet I would recommend getting the sugar 50% (: the worker there was so kind and accommodating! I would definitely be coming back here to try other things on the menu! I just wished there were more outlets so I could study there.“

“The mutabbak with ground beef was such perfect . Was excited to finally go to this place being a mutabbaq lover . Though it was delicious I found the prices high for the quantity being given . It's take out food a mince beef muttabaq for around 14$ (including tax ) , and it's not filling for 1 person , one remains hungry after eating 1 . If we see prices of other bread / dough based food like pizza and manakeesh the price is not fair for the quantity given . The place is great and so is the ambience , service and quality of food. My sincere advise to the owner if you want your restraunt to have high number of returning customers then please redo your serving size or prices.“

“First time trying this place. It’s a hidden gem in this plaza. Went to eat with my boyfriend and the service was super friendly, the food was incredibly tasty and hit all flavours. “The lady working was very friendly, offered to give us fresh ones if we could wait a few minutes. They had sandwich samples for free as well. She even gave us a bonus puff which was awesome.Value for money is a little lacking since the dozen we got were just shy of $10 and milder flavors get a little drowned out by the dough of the puff.The store was clean and organized. The wait was a bit long to order because the lady was by herself but we had time to spare. Tons of flavor options plus drinks and other sweet or savory options are available.Overall it was pleasant and we will be back. We highly recommend the Choco-Beuno flavor.“

The store is located in a mall, but it was in the wrong side of the mall and looked like a factory area, so I didn't have high expectations. When I entered, I was shocked about very sophisticated inside.I was expecting a fluffy doughnut from the name "puff," but instead I got a crispy dough. It was so crispy that I thought it might have been raised twice. I bought the recommended popular Cookies & Cream and Double Chocolate. I couldn't keep them down in one piece.I would go back this shop again. Not only is this location in desperate need of a reno, but the staff barely looked at me the whole time, just talking to each other. There were no napkins (just those long brown paper towels like in tbe bathroom) and the whole place could use a wipedown. Great location and has a drive-thru. I used the drive-thru a couple times, the last time I purchased a $9 medium iced coffee, which was good but I was asked for a tip at the drive-thru. I thought that was in poor taste since I paid for a premium barrista beverage and I'm just driving through - didn't use any extra facilities, didn't even order food, and the attendant wasn't that friendly.Dietary restrictions: Extra charge for lactose free milk but it's an option. Not too long ago they only had oatmilk if you wanted to avoid lactose, but this changes the flavor of your drink with your restriction (which is never fun!)“

“Decided to stop by before work and it was super welcoming with Sam & Iyanna working as barista’s. Sam was very sweet to offer tasters on a new drink and Iyanna did a great job at making my drink! “I've been to hundreds of chatimes all across Canada, from Ottawa to Niagara, everywhere and I've never once wrote a review until today. This employee named Rayven was the best chatime employee I've ever met in my whole life. I've been a regular to this franchise for years, but this guy Rayven was the best employee. Simply because everytime I asked a question to any employee, they wouldn't give me any information on the drink. For this reason I tried like 2 drinks that weren't to my liking and I've kept to the same drink for years. Rayven with his amazing knowledge on tea answered my questions and reccomended 2 new drinks which I bought and now will continue to buy for the rest of my life. They had to msg me the vernacular. Hands free!Google maps co pilot says the closest Starbucks might be closed by the time I get off the highway. No problem! Got this.Arrived with one minute to spare and no speed limits were offended.Luckily the door was still ajar. Final cleaning was still underway. They let me in. Partly b/c of my charm. But mostly b/c of the panicked look of desperation.Fumbled (butchered) the name of the drink. Quickly explained the situation, and the SB team collectively figured out what my cousin was most likely asking for.They were unbelievably sweet, warm, fun ... and they were right! Even adding a few things that were not mentioned.They also threw in a complimentary end of night brownie which my family also enjoyed!Thanks SB crew. You were awesome!“

Called the store prior to going and no one answers the phone or it goes to a voice mail that is full. A bad way to run a business for sure, but I must state again that the samosas are excellent.“

“I went in with a friend to buy their strawberry cream croissant which is only made on a special day of the week. We found out that it wasn’t on the calendar for the month and were completely fine with that, planning to buy other items. However, the workers there offered to make us the croissant if we waited a while, and we were able to leave with two of the strawberry cream croissants + some other goodies. They were so kind, and as always, the croissant lives in my dreams it’s so tasty. Highly recommend this bakery. Everything we tried was great!“
