My friend and I dined here on a Friday night. We were seated around 9:30 in their shoes off section and were left with waters for about 10 minutes, after which we placed our orders. Our food came around 9:55, and we ate and were ready to order more, as is common at an izakaya. Our server came by other tables in our section, but did not check in on us or even glance in our direction. At one point we overheard him say to another table that he was going to be doing a last call for food, and despite trying to get his attention multiple times he still did not come check on us. When he finally came to our table (over 25 minutes after we got our initial food) we had attempted to order more, but because he never bothered to check in on us or inform us that there was a cut off to ordering, I was unable to order the ramen that I had been excited for. The server did not seem very apologetic and made excuses of how there were other tables for him to handle, despite the fact that he had been at every other table in our section multiple times but never once looked at us. The last call for food appears to be 10:15 despite the 11 pm close.
