“I was in Portland from out of state for a conference and Tacos Frita catered one of the meals. I loved their vegan and gluten free tacos and the pinto beans were the best I've had. I had to have their food again so I went to the food truck. Very nice people, great customer service!“

“The food was wonderful! I wanted to get most of the menu but restrained myself and was so happy with the fried oysters and the empanada sampler. I also got to try bites of several other dishes from everyone else's plates and was impressed across the board. Even more outstanding though was the service. Amber was fantastic with our group's many dietary needs, going so far as to make SURE that the gf beer in the fish taco batter was also wheat free. She was such a gem and made the great meal even better. The only thing I would change is that the space is a bit echo-y and could use some sound absorption barriers (but also our group was certainly not improving the acoustics with our chatter). I'll be back!Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled on the menu (except the yucca fries which ARE vegan but didn't get a label)Dietary restrictions: specialize in gf but they label vegetarian and vegan options and the staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and checked for any restrictions.“

“Amazing creative dishes. Palm ceviche is fabulous as are all the entrees I can’t spell and the empanadas are flaky and delicious salsas aren’t really necessary but they are also incredible. Causas were wonderful. I couldn’t like this restaurant more if I was vegan. Highly recommend Epif.“

“This place is awesome! I was in town for work and walked there to get lunch for takeout. I got the double chicken with rice and arugula salad. For the hot sauce on the side, I got the Original. It was definitely yummy and spicy enough for me! I love hot sauce but will probably get the one less spicy than that next time. I also ordered the curry soup and beans on the side. It was SO DELICIOUS all of it. I'm an average eater and it was really filling. Great and fast customer service and inexpensive. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely be getting lunch there again.“

“Omg so good! We got the lomo sandwiches and agreed it was the best sandwich either of us had eaten in a looong time. The flavor was so satisfying and delicious. The bread was also a surprisingly perfect choice, grilled to perfection. We were so happy!“

“This place is legit. The chicken was flavorful, the roasted potatoes were excellent. Moist inside and crunchy outside. The cilantro line ahi sauce was delicious as well. I paired it with a beer from their neighbor. I got the 1/2 bird, definitely stuffed and would share with someone. Absolutely would come here again. Well done!“

“We have been coming to El Inka for about 15 years, since they were located in Gresham. They have since moved to SE Division. Their Pollo El Inka (Chicken of the Inkas?) is amazing, i would recommend it anytime. Their yellow sauce and fries also taste delicious. This is a great and authentic Peruvian restaurant. We love it!“

“New favorite Restaurant!!! Food was excellent, drinks were also great! Our favorite dishes were the carne asada plate and the tequitos. We had crepes for desert and they were to die for. “I went right when they opened so i had the whole place to myself. I ordered a cubano sandwich and it came with tostones (fried plantain). The portion was big so i could only eat half. It's very tasty. Your order at the counter and get a number so there's really no service. They also have utensil and water station set up for self-serve. Follow me @bonn_voyager for more.“

“Writing this as I'm enjoying the delicious Vegan plate. Even with the white rice, because the Cuban rice had chicken stock, it is seriously one of the best vegan dishes in Portland. The plantains are tasty and a great texture and the beans and rice are so delicious, especially with the sauce that comes with the plate The yucca fries are also unbelievable. When you go you can scan a QR code to help donate to the Mercado while also enjoying an amazing meal.11/10My GF was jealous and stole my food. If ya'll ever made vegan croquettes, I would stop by all the time.Vegetarian options: There's only one option, but it's really REALLY good. Gotta get it with white rice though, but seriously so tasty.Dietary restrictions: Vegan“

“First time here w my mom who’s visiting from Denver where there’s a lot to Hodureno food.I ordered the Baleada de Asada and a pastelito de pollo. My mother ordered pollo con tajada. It was all so good and so colorful. The curtido was on point and the sauce they use was light sweet and creamy. The agua de maracuya was fire!!“

“This is a small place in an old house with a very cozy, warm and inviting atmosphere. The Mexican food was prepared fresh and the service was speedy and the host and hostess acknowledged my presence right away with a smile. The quesadillas and tacos were a tad spicier than I'm accustomed to (and I'm a wimpy white guy when it comes to spicy food) but the spices made the tacos much more satisfying. Keep up the good work!“

“We have been eating here for years and my son will not eat beans and rice from ANYWHERE else. Love their delicious brown sauce on their enchiladas--not like the red tomato-y sauce like other places. Also, crispy rellenos are good, too! Oh yeah, and their horchata and sopapillas are great! So sad they are no longer open for evening hours!“

“It's a good food cart to grab some quick food when in the area. They are usually the ones that have longer operating hours than the other carts in the area. We stopped by and shared a chorizo quesadilla while waiting for our other stuff. The flavor of the chorizo was on point, and the quesadilla did its job. The person working there was friendly and quick to prepare our food.“

“I've heard about this place from plenty of friends and it did not disappoint. I went with three friends to celebrate someone's birthday. We ordered one of everything on the menu and that was the perfect amount of food for us. My favorites were the pork quesadilla and the chicken flauta. I'll be returning!“

“Came on a Saturday to have brunch with a couple friends. They weren't busy when we arrived (11a.m.), but packed by the time we were leaving.I had the Eggs Benedict. It was delicious, but the braised pork was over seasoned to me, still edible and tasty if you add a bite to the delicious little roasted potatoes. We all shared a side of Yuca fries, and pecan crusted/candied bacon. Both delicious, and the sauce provided for the fries was amazing. The service was also fantastic! Our server was very friendly and attentive.I would reccomend checking this place out. I will be back.“
