The food is good, but the ambience seems to be dreary. I visited again and this time I saw the employees having a full fledged conversation at the counter. I finally got waited on , but wait she didn't even ask what I wanted just looked at me.No Popeyes for me .
Their customer service sucks and I think the manager is scared of his employees. I wouldn't even recommend this location. It's sad that's the closest to where my family lives.

The manager is.beyond annoying....he has a dry sense.od humor.ane thinks his customeea are here for that, surprise ....I'm here for chicken sandwiches n biscuits....don't play with ppl when they're here for service. He pissed me off so bad. If hunting parks chicken sandwiches weren't always so funny I'd go there. Much better atmosphere and staff for the most part. Chelten should put cooks at the register n have the front ppl moved to the back where they don't talk to customers.
