“The food was excellent. The service is hit or miss.Update - I ordered to go this time. The food is great no issues there, but it is definitely overpriced. I paid $8 for a little piece of chocolate pie that looked and tasted like I could have picked it up from a grocery store...and for that price I could have received the whole pie.“

“Horrible manager on 10/13/2022! He ruined my daughter's 5 year anniversary dinner. They were in from out of state to attend a golf tournament and celebrate their anniversary. When it came time for payment the manager came over and told them they don't accept Discover and was really rude and belittled them for not having any other type of payment with them. There are no signs posted that they don't take Discover. The manager said what do you want us to do, sit everyone down beforehand and tell them we don't take Discover. A sign should have been posted. Every other establishment they visited in Hilton Head took Discover. The manager could have been nice about it while they secured another form of payment instead of belittling them in front of everyone. Their waiter was amazing though. Seems they need to promote the waiter as the new manager.“

“This was incredible. We went for date night and I was so impressed. I got the Spicy Strawberry Margarita and my boyfriend got the Coast Crisp and the Marboun Bourarita. We started with the Sweet Onion Hush Puppies and the Crab Cake. Both were absolutely unreal. I liked that the Crab Cake wasn’t too heavy. For our entrees we had the Salmon and the Pan Roasted Shrimp Cavatappi. Unreal. The shrimp gave me goosebumps (see picture). We couldn’t help but get the coastal coconut cake for dessert. It did not disappoint. It was superb. Not too sweet and was light. “What a great place! We had cocktails and dinner on a Saturday just after the RBC Heritage tournament had left town. Everything was back in place and the club and restaurant did not miss a beat. A before dinner drink on the back terrace was a really nice start to the evening. The menu and wine selection were very well through out. Food was served piping hot and fresh off the grill. A+++“

“We were looking somewhere to eat crab legs while we were visiting Hilton Head and the staff at the resort recommended The Crazy Crab. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with great views and they have live music. We got the crab legs pot and they were great. A lot of time when eating crab legs, the shells open easily when they're hot but as they cool, the shells get a little rubbery and harder to open and get the meat out but not the ones we ate at The Crazy Crab. The shells opened easily and the meat came out in one big piece. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was great. The next time we're in Hilton Head, we'll definitely eat there again.“

“We are back in our happy place here in Hilton Head. We decided our first stop would be Reilly’s because we had enjoyed it in the past. We shared a Caesar salad and it was well dressed and very cheesy. I had the shrimp in vodka sauce. The sauce was robust and flavorful. The best part was the shrimp was completely shelled so I was saved from putting my fingers in my meal. Hubby had the fish and chips. A large delicately battered and fried filet was not greasy and very delicious. He tasted mine and I tasted his and we both agreed to return and switch meals. Great service!“

“This was some of the best food I have had on the island. We sat inside but explored the outdoor part. It was incredibly speedy service and delicious food. They had live music playing and it was the most stunning setting. I got the lobster bisque and jalapeño hush puppies to start. Then had the scallops. They gave me goosebumps they were so tender. “Great place to go and have some low key fun. This place serves great food without the high brow pretentiousness. I had the voodoo pasta and my wife had the catfish. Both were very good but be prepared for large portion size. My only criticisms were the corn bread it was more like cake, not bad just not my favorite. This year our group enjoyed the filet mignon, the shrimp and grits, French onion soup, au gratin potatoes, and creamed spinach. Our wine was a 2021 Honig - excellent . Our server Jodi was friendly, answered any menu questions we had and made our evening feel special. The ambiance is wonderful here. The only thing I would say is the Servers uniforms seemed out of place with the casual ambiance of the vibe here. The price point is excellent for what you are getting (very large portions as well as good food). Eat-in sitting is pretty bare bones, but that is not what you come here for. “Food and service are definitely five stars. Had to give atmosphere a lower ranking because I absolutely got eaten up by the sand fleas here. I stayed a week in Hilton Head with my family and this was the only spot on the island where the sand fleas were really bad. If your planning to visit here gets some Skin So Soft by Avon. I should have brought some. They issued this to us in the Marine Corps just for sand flea protection.“

“We stopped at night when the menu was a limited Asian menu. My wife had the Kung Pao Chicken and I ordered the Mongolian Beef, although we always share our dishes. The Mongolian Beef was very good. The Kung Pao Chicken was excellent. The crispy peanuts definitely add to the dish, but both dishes are elevated in their flavors from typical Chinese food fare.Server was very friendly and helpful.We will definitely stop here again on our next vacation.“

I went for a salad bowl with a few vegetables and a lemon miso dressing that amply delivered on flavor. I was not wowed by the portion size for the price, even accounting for a beach island premium. But the freshness and customizability for almost any diet are worth paying for.“

We also had the chicken and dumplings which was really fantastic. The dumplings were soft and pillowy, the broth was flavorful and the chicken was tender. My husband had the turkey and loved it.
