“Well this is funny. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I walked in to Pucci. I was going with my family to get coffee and ended up at the Gucci version of a Dog shop. It was definitely the vibe of upscale and glamorous. It was very clean and had lots of interesting dog accessories and clothing for sale throughout the cafe. But what was really amazing is the outdoor patio area! That was cool!The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. They had a decent selection of sweet treats and drinks. “Finally my search for good momos came to an end today. I ordered Veg steamed momos, chiken jhol momo and veg chowmin. The momo wrappers, fillings were “homemade” I guess…Very tasty. The sause/ chutney that they serve with momo is too good- very original. Everything I tried was yummy and had authentic taste. They serve good tea as well, offered complimentary tea while they were preparing the food. Looking forward to try more stuff.“

“They have plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The back patio is on the green so can kinda get loud if kids are out there playing. We started outside then came in when kids were getting rowdy. We tried the flights and really enjoyed the malbecs they had. My friends and I shared a board and everything was delicious. It's a cute place on the inside, very quiet and quaint. “I was looking for a new spot for brunch and didn't want to go to the usual places. I found Astor on Yelp and I was sold when I saw the menu included South African, Latin American flavors. My party snd I arrived at 10:30 in a Saturday. There were customers on the patio but we were seated inside immediately. The restaurant is cozy with beautiful pieces of art and quite a wine selection. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. The mystery mimosa was excellent and although the price for one may seem high, we had additional mimosas for a penny each. The margaritas were excellent; we tried the mango, the strawberry and the peach. The food was deliciously seasoned and freshly prepared. I had the peri peri wings and they are as delicious as pictured on the website. The Belgian waffle was the best I've ever had. My son had the deep fried chicken, which was still steaming when it was brought out. This chicken was not sitting under a heat lamp. The shrimp and grits was a feast for the eyes and palate. Chef Casey came to our table to see how we were doing and walked through the restaurants speaking with customers. In our way out, he thanked us for coming and assured us that as family, we were welcome to return anytime. It is this type of personal touch, in addition to the great food, that will bring me back.“

The service was fast and friendly even though they had a never ending line coming in at 7:45 pm on a Sunday night. We really enjoyed the 2 scoop gelato with dulce de leche and vanilla that was light , airy and exactly what we would expect from gelato without artificial ingredients. We live very close by and needed a non divey place to hang that doesn’t get trashy like most bars in Katy it seems. Nice area of town too lots of restaurants etc.“

It’s a traditional pub with drinks, televisions, games, and more.What you get with the Public House is a comfortable place for drinks and a noise level low enough that you can hear the person speaking next to you with no problem. There is a jukebox playing tunes, but they keep the volume low enough that you can talk to people with ease.They have a respectable beer selection at the Public House, and the prices are good- lower than those of most other establishments. If you would rather go for a cocktail, not a problem. The liquor selection is extensive, and they can mix up any drink you like.Besides the drinks, you will find a pool table, games, and an outdoor space for seating when the weather is right. Public House did serve food at one point, but the last time I visited, I learned that the food service had been suspended while they worked out some kinks. In the meantime, there is a vending machine in the back if you need a snack while you imbibe.Food or not, the Public House is a good place to visit for drinks and conversation. The service has always been friendly, too, and since it’s located in Villagio Town Center, there is abundant parking and more than enough places you can walk to for food, if the need arises.
