I actually went to the Canadian tire but I guess I was parked close enough to Timmies that google maps assumed that's where I was.Anyway, Canadian tire was awesome. Got my fishing license in time for Father's day and picked up a sweet sticker to put on my laptop.“
“Came here for car detailing so need to wait then I choose this Tims. It’s very close to my car detailing location. A bunch of car dealer near by. It’s just off QE2 very convenient access. Lots of parking available. Staff is friendly and very quick making your drinks. My favourite drink is always the Steeped Tea Double Double! Wish they could introduce the matcha series we tried at Toronto store to other Tim’s locations around Canada. You can’t go wrong with Tim’s their drink always nice and consistent with quality.“
“I called ahead to ensure they had chili, and they confirmed. When I arrived at 17:45, I purchased the last of their chili. I cannot understand why they are so often out of chili! When I tried to use the app to preorder for pickup, it did not work, making it impossible to take advantage of a current offer. C'mon Timmies, get it together.“
“I was served by Ria. She was laughing with her coworker and carried on the smile and great energy towards me. I appreciated her happiness much more than any tim order I ever had. Thanks girls for being so joly and smiling. They also got my order right with no mistakes and served me in a timely manner. Note: this is a Timmy's located inside Esso, usually orders done in person take forever to be answered in a gas station. This time, it was done right. Which is why this deserves praise.“
“We LOVE the donut man! My son won't let us walk past without getting a "dooda" (he's two). They're always so friendly and they have the most delicious things! We love the cake pops especially. The mini cakes are PERFECT for little people's birthdays!“
“One of the better Tim's in the City, although the quality of food has gone down considerably. They don't even put butter or sauce/mayo or ranch on the last few sandwichs we had. The bread and sandwich was inedible due to the dryness and stale bread. They no longer have Honey Mustard available for the sandwiches either. Really sad that the food quality has deteriorated. Also they're is always 1 person sitting for ages in the only comfy chair seating by the fireplace, and usually not even having any coffee or Tim's product. We have observed this on many occassions. They should not allow people to just sit there on their phone or computer for over an hour, taking up a 4 seat spot without purchasing a coffee or anything. I know this is difficult for staff to monitor but it certainly deters us as regulars and others to visit this location.“
“Tim Horton, services are excellent.Their product are very fresh and testy.Specially, coffee and tea are fantastic and have wonderful flevar.The rates of each item is quite attractive.I recommend everyone to visit Tim Horton and enjoy the test of the city.“

Impressed there were 3 ladies by the counter one took order the other 2 were making the order was served very quickly, order were done quickly. “First and Foremost I am a big Tim hortons fan. But I had many bad experiences with couple of Tim hortons. However This Tim is a real exception. I am specifically talking about their customer service and particularly about their evening team constitutes of couple of youngsters and their infamous moms team constitutes of some of the most beautiful moms like Stella, Lilly, the Indian mom and couple of other moms. I have gone to that Tim literally every day for 1.5 years just because they were so welcoming, charming and beautiful souls who always make their customers happy. To the Owner of this Tim: Don't lose them, don't just pay them 15s and 16s. They are Gems. Give them a raise. I now have moved to Airdrie. However, i travel 20 kms occasionally to see them. Thanks are not sufficient. Live long moms.. A great example of mother of all customer service. If it's me, I would hire them 100 times .“
“Consistency is off the charts! Every time we order a bagel with extra cream cheese, or a triple triple, everything is always made perfectly and with care. Helpful and funny staff add to the already great atmosphere! It is usually busy, but for good reason! The line typically moves quickly too.“
