“I didn’t order anything, but it was cold outside since it was early in the morning, around 10 AM, so I was waiting inside the store. One of the employees I’m not sure if she was the manager came up to me and asked if I was waiting for an order or if someone had left an order for me. I told her that I hadn’t ordered anything, and she apologized. The store was pretty busy, but she still noticed me and took the time to check if I needed any help. It was a small gesture, but it really showed that the employees have good awareness and care about their customers. Thank you to the HR team for hiring such thoughtful and attentive employees!“

“If you need anything to know about this location at Tim Hortans CORE, they are absolutely amazing! I always have such a great experience every morning before my shift and during lunch hours. The staff consistently go above and beyond to meet all customers needs and make sure every orders are done quickly and correctly. Even when there’s a small mistake, they go out of their way to make it right. This team is incredibly efficient, even when busy due to the location, they always manage to keep things moving smoothly with little to no time wait, while also keeping a smile on their faces. It’s very evident how hard this team works, and how well they all work together.

What really stands out to me and my coworkers is the attitude of the team. Like I said, they always have a smile on their faces and treat customers with respect, kindness and above all…lots of patience. This team maintains a positive environment while still meeting high standards!!

“They are always so friendly in there. They look after the people real well. The team works very well together and they always seem to be happy. The team in there always seems to take the time to say hello and make sure the order is right. I go to other Tim Hortons in different towns and locations and this is the bestTim Hortons I’ve ever been at.“

“I understand that things can get busy, but these two individuals at this Tim Hortons will genuinely make your day while getting the job—and your cravings—taken care of!

Their names are Gordon and Alex. I had a somewhat different order that Gordon was able to accommodate so that the app would work properly and I could take advantage of the offer. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich pretty late in the afternoon, which Alex was kind enough to make and accommodate for me. It was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh!
