I literally just wanted the lady making my order look for the bagel I ordered, when she couldn't find it, grab a different type of bagel to make my order. Then lie to me and say 'here is your jalapeno cheese bagel with cream cheese'
The service here is extremely poor! I've been to every food establishment in this food court and this Tim Hortons provides the utmost atrocious service I have ever received at Centennial Place. I will not explain my reasoning nor should I have to and no I will not call your customer service phone number as you contently ask people leaving reviews to do. How about someone with authority takes cares of business with respect to how poor customers are treated and how poor the service...read full review

Staff are the rudest Tim Hortons staff I've ever talked to. Misheard the staff as she was talking very quiet. She got an attitude after I repeated what I misheard. Like I'm the one being a menace ?
