I think Marble Slab has substituted cheaper brand of ice cream. The grape had a chemical taste to it and was kind of slimy. Also my wife said hers was not good. We got home and both threw out $22 worth of ice cream. We only ate 5% of it because it was just terrible. Normally I don’t give negative reviews but there is something that has changed and it’s not for the better.
I have ordered through skip the dishes several times. On my last order I received a call informing me that they didn't have the ice cream I requested (why do they list ice cream they don't carry) and due to language barriers I was unable to convey what I wanted in excange. They asked if they could text me instead, I told them that would be a good idea. I never received a text and they ended up just choosing a flavor for me (I ordered lychee and received vanilla, I was quite dissapointed)....read full review
The girl working was rude and I couldn’t understand her. She was in the back and we had to shout “hello anyone there “ after waiting for several minutes for someone to come out

Marble Slab Creamery in Airdrie offers delicious ice cream with many flavors, making it a treat for the family, especially on a warm day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the serving sizes are fair, with a large being actually large. Customers appreciate the customizable creations and signature flavors, finding the experience delightful. While the ice cream is amazing and worth the visit, some have experienced miscommunication issues. The atmosphere could be more welcoming for everyone, and the background audio may not be comfortable or appropriate for a public space, suggesting a more neutral and relaxing environment would improve the overall customer experience.
