Tim Hortons Reviews
The coffee is always hot and fresh
They burnt the bread on my sandwiches and when I took them back they said they were ok. Had absolutely no interest in making it right. I wouldn’t give my children burnt food. The restaurant itself was dirty as well.
3 times this week I have had to return as they have messed up my order in the drive thru, when they remake my order they do it with such childish behaviour and make the sandwich even worse. for example, today I ordered a BLT with extra mayo, i get back to the hotel and notice there is NO mayo on it, so i go back to the drive thru and tell them they made my order wrong, she even repeated what I ordered the first time... when I get my new BLT they put so much mayo on it I couldnt...read full review

Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its friendly staff and convenient location, close to car dealerships with ample parking. The hot coffee and tea are consistently of good quality, and customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and quick service. The staff is often described as cheerful and polite, making visits enjoyable. However, it can get crowded with high schoolers during lunch hours, and the floor may occasionally be dirty. The selection of basic items may be limited, which can be inconvenient for a car full of people. Customers have noted that the all-day breakfast is a great option, though there have been instances where specific items like the biscuit for breakfast sandwiches were unavailable. The honey cruellers and dutchies are soft and sweet, and a matcha series, currently available in Toronto stores, is suggested to be introduced in other locations. While some have mentioned issues with service speed for walk-in customers compared to drive-thru, the overall experience remains positive for many. The restaurant is always busy, but they have the proper staffing to handle the volume of customers. Customers appreciate the self-ordering kiosks, which make things quicker and more convenient, and the spacious parking space is a big plus.
