Oh, my! I really didn't expect the food to be as crazy tasty as it was, but our whole family could not stop eating.The Camarones Rancheros was tasty, and the Carne Ahumada was mouth-watering and bordering on sublime. The kids enjoyed tacos of various flavors, gobbled down the the Guajillo Ribs, and couldn't even finish their virgin margaritas. The House Salsa Tasting is also highly recommended.All in all, a very tasty surprise! Will come again.

Booking reservations is a good idea as this place is busy. The food was great with the exception of one aspect of one dish. More on that in a bit.The mushroom flautas was very tasty and nicely spiced. I really enjoyed the cheesy, spicy filling.The salsa tasting flight was great and flavours varied.My wife loved her entree (quessabirria).The steak was a let down for me. The flavour that dominated was like a fake oak smoke. It is supposed to have a smoke flavour but something was a bit off about it if it is naturally smoked.The service was very quick and pleasant.

everything was amazing except darek. He was rude and demanded at $5 tip. now i am not canadian and tipping culture is new to me and he was incredibly rude and painful to work with. At the end of the night on my single drink it was $5 and i didn’t even drink. i settled my bill and he still wanted $12. Totally unfair espresso actually for a tourist learning the ropes of banff. Last time i dine here as a future local.
Derek was incredibly rude, and was combative toward the end of our stay.Jordan, however was fantastic, very friendly and very sweet and helpful, wished we could’ve kept him as our server for the night. Derek barely paid attention to us and was all around awful the entire time. He proceeded to start a fight with someone in our group regarding concerns on what we received. Disgusting service from him when before myself and some of my friends have had nothing but fantastic service here.

Arrived at 1130am, and waited at the reception for 10 mins with no greeting or service. Walked inside to try and make eye contact with staff, but no one. Proceeded to sit down at a table after waiting for too long, and still didn't get any service after 5 minutes, so I decided to leave. Pay attention to your entrance!
