The best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and flavourful and the noodles are perfectly chewy. Recommend miso tan tan ramen with additional order of chashu.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available - a whole section on the menu
This place is a hole-in-the-wall, you might miss it. The place serves some solid ramen that just hits the spot. There aren't many seats, which may lead to some waiting, but gives to an intimate, cozy dining experience.

Never thought the best vegan ramen we’d have would be in Banff!! Not a lot of seating and the place gets packed around lunch/dinner time, so try to go earlier or later. Service was quick, seamless, and excellent. My fiancé and I will definitely be back ?
